Why a Family?

Welcome to my blog. The purpose of this blog is to share why a family is so important. It is part of a project I am doing from a college course I am currently taking. The sources for what I discuss from this blog will come from the text book for this class, Successful Marriages and Families -  Proclamation Principles and Research Perspectives, edited by Alan H. Hawkins, David C Dollahite, and Thomas W. Draper, as well as teaching from leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as they have addressed principles that come from “The Family: A Proclamation to the World”.

 

I hope you find something here that will increase your understanding why families are so important to us in this lifetime and encourage you to live these principles in your own life.
